September News:

My Roadtrip was Successful!

On Thursday August 21, my 8 year old German Shepherd Faith and my Tuxedo cat aptly named Tux hit the road in my new me 1997 Class C motorhome for a big adventure! It was an adventure in the tree of us travelling together (my Shepherd likes to chase and eat my cat :)), my first time driving a motorhome and figuring out on the go where we would stay.

We headed south to central Alberta where we stayed the night at my client's acreage with an amazing view of the eastern slopes of the Rockies.

After an amazing session that I will be uploading soon we headed into Sundre to visit my old friend who I shared a house with before moving north to McLennan then just down the road to another friends acreage to visit and stay the night.

Next we headed into Red Deer for visits with a couple ore friends and out west of Red Deer to another friends for the night of catching up and discussing metaphysics over dinner with another new friend.

We hit the road running the next day to stop and see my second cousin near Leduc on her daughters acreage and arrived just in time for birthday cake.

Next stop was my Uncle's acreage just outside of Spruce Grove before heading for the last night to our first campground just outside of Onoway at Imrie Park to meet my aunt. It was a great trip with some much visiting and much needed reconnection. My animals loved it and are looing forward to their next trip!

I'm Hitting the Road Again!

My inaugural roadtrip was so good I've decided to go again!

I will be heading down to central Alberta the end of this week and heading out on highway 1 towards Chestermere, Strathmore and off the south of Medicine Hat is the plan. I'm hoping to check out the Red Rock Coulee Natural Area.

If you are interested in a session let me know and I can fit you in before I am hunkered down for the winter up north!

My First Anniversary of Moving Up to Northern Alberta

A year ago today I packed up my friend's horse trailer and hit the road to the small northern community of McLennan, Alberta. McLennan is known as the bird capital of Canada. Lake Kimiwan is a major bird migration and breeding area and is where I walk my dog nearly every day. It is a crazy story of how I got here but I will save that for another day.

The home I bought was not finished and I have been working on finishing it up over the past year. It has been a long stretched out process but it is nearly finished.

I will be uploading more videos this fall to my YouTube channel as I am VERY behind on uploading the great sessions I have been having and so honored that my clients are allowing me to share their sessions.
