March - Where is Spring?
I don't know where you live but up north it is still like the middle of winter. We started the month with snow squalls and wind chills I won't even mention BUT... Spring really is on it's way!
I bought myself some tulips the the other day just to brighten my life and my house. They make me smile so here's a photo and I hope it makes you smile too.
Last Month
February was a busy month. On February 11, I facilitated a fun group meditation at the High Prairie library to a great group of souls and another one on February 15 in Valleyview. In Valleyview I met four beautiful souls at the cutest little shop called Soulability. If you are in Valleyview be sure to check it out!

A New Session Video!
I am so excited to share a NEW QHHT Session video I recorded last September on my Alberta road trip. Thank you so much to my incredible client for permission for sharing.
